Video sessions are held weekly or biweekly and include Intermediate accountability check-ins in the form of voice calls, texts, or emails. coaching is right for you if you:

Group therapy

Group therapy is a great option for learning new skills and processing thoughts and emotions with others. The facilitator guides the group in a safe environment that promotes communal discourse and sharing. The benefits of group therapy are:
