
Wellness Programs
Individual and group wellness programs are highly directed and aimed at specific issues. In these programs you get weekly intensive sessions to learn new skills as well as regular check ins between sessions to keep you accountable and support you in your healing journey. Workbooks are also included in all individual and group programs.
The Motivated Goddess Program is designed to help you identify what moves you to help you create and accomplish your goals.
The Mindful Goddess Program is aimed at teaching you skills to understand and balance your emotions, learn to effective communication skills, and see the joy and beauty in life so that you don't sweat the small stuff.

**Mental Health Therapy
The focus of therapy is to identify, diagnose, and treat nervous and mental disorders. The goals include alleviating symptoms, understanding the underlying personality dynamics which create symptoms, changing the dysfunctional behaviors which are the result of these disorders, and helping people to cope with their psychological problems.
